For the outbreak at Iber-Lepenc, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has scheduled a month of detention for one of the suspects.
This was confirmed by the spokesperson for this court, Mirlinda Gashi.
The defendant appeared before the tribunal on Sunday, while the hearing held against him ended about 16 and a half.
Eight people in the north were arrested under suspicion that they were involved in the case.
Only one of them was brought before the Constitutional Court in Pristina today, where the detention measure, usually 30 days, is expected to be pronounced.
