The news of his death has been reported by his family as they have not yet disclosed the details of the mortuary ceremony.
Haxhimus ' death has also expressed condolences to Supreme Chairman Feyzullah Rexhepi, on behalf of him and the judges of this court.
Hadzimus had been elected president of the Municipal Court in Ferizaj in late 1969 and served until 1979.
That same year, he was elected judge in the Supreme Court of Kosovo, where he worked until 1981.
After 1981, Rexhep Hadzimusa made a break from the judiciary by oriented to local government positions.
After January 1990 to 1999, however, he trained his attorney's profession, and on September 15, 1999, he took office as president of the Supreme Court.
