According to the Special Court's announcement, Judge Hoffmannski was nominated after the resignation of Judge Antonio Balsamo, as judge of the Constitutional Court's Specialised Chamber for Professional Reasons.
“The Special Authority appointed Judge Hoffmanski to the Specialised Chamber of the Constitutional Court as one of the three judges of the Constitutional Court, instead of Judge Balsamo, in accordance with Article 2650) of the Law”, the Special Report said.
While it is known that welcomes Hoffmansk has been congratulated by Special Court Chairman Ekaterina Trendafilova.
