According to these sources, Kurt may not appear as in the first place only in case and he announces to the Special Prosecutor that he is not in Kosovo.
Albin Kurti for the following Monday has had an invitation to appear at 9: 30 in the witness's quality, but this did not happen because the government chief was on an official trip to Slovenia.
While he was the spokesman for the Government of Kosovo, Kryeziu, who told the media that Kurti is willing to cooperate with special prosecutors, but on a condition that they go to Kurti's office in the government building to bring him into question state reserves.
Kurti's invitation to be presented to the Special Prosecution, by miniStra and senior ruling party officials, was named as a special “ ” special prosecutorial war against Albin Kurti.

Why was Kurt invited as a witness?
This invitation went to Kurt several months after Ridvan Muharrem and Roseta Hajdari were interviewed in the quality of suspects in the state reserve issue.
At the time of pandemic, MINT allegedly ordered several goods for state reserve under one-man-book contracts, yet a large amount of them had not achieved.
The word was flour, sugar, and oil.
Including was the owner of the restaurant "Buch and Honey," Ridvan Muharremi.
Kurt had come to the defense of Hajdari, saying that “has no corruption and misuse”.
“
Eight months later, in April of this year, Hajdari himself was invited for an interview by the Special Prosecutor, under suspicion of misusing official duty in connection with state reserves.
In her appearance before prosecutors, she defended herself silently.
The opposition demanded Hajdari's resignation, but she denied there is reason for that. / PERISCOP/
