The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo has just confirmed that the Law for General Elections is in accordance with the Constitution, unanimously deciding that the level of gender quotas on the candidate lists of each political subject guarantees fair representation by respecting gender equality principles”, it wrote.
