SBASK-Matit: You denied the rights to education workers past governments have offered solutions

The United Science and Culture Trade Union (SBASHK) has reacted to Finance Minister Iron Murati, as the latter, as said by this trade union, has not supported the citizens to recognise the teacher's experience during the 1990s. The SSASK, her reaction has started by drawing the question to [...]
SBASK, her reaction has started by asking Murat if he has another attack on education workers.
In turn, this union says that according to the Murata Bit who served the invaders, they are even now rewarded with full pensions and those who made the basic sacrifices for Kosovo citizenship are still being punished with pensions.
Besides, the SBASK has stressed that the government in which Murati -- that Kurti -- has not held any dialogue or meetings, while past governments have done so trying to offer solutions.
Now if we recall what other governments of the Republic of Kosovo have done for education and will only mention one of their actions. Prime Minister Hashim Thaci and the Government he headed never lost dialogue with the union, and in respect to our request made the steady and visible salary raise, Prime Minister Isa Mustafa showed understanding of our request and thanks to former Deputy Prime Minister Kujtim Shala and Minister Arben Abrashchi's commitment to the fact of the 6th Article 8 of the Law for pension schemes and education workers enjoyed the retirement of work and not old age, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj showed understanding to our request and expressing respect for the sub-limental sacrifices of education workers in the 90th years made the status of Albanian Republic of Kosovo education in the years that this mark for years provided those years of supplementary retiremental pensions in Kosovo, the SKS, the SKS, the SKS, the government government government's response.
Full communication:
Minister Murati, do you have an attack on education workers?
A legal opinion, without even a stable argument of November 11th, came out of the Ministry that led you Minister Murati and found the case just one day before the great National Flag Festival of Representatives presented at the Government meeting and did not support the civic initiative signed by 20,606 citizens, seeking to return the right of education workers for the 90s as contributing. This initiative, despite this stance against the government, will continue to travel and we hope much that MPs will vote.
Minister Murati, this is not your only attack on educational workers. Legal opinion on this matter that has several pages of text without even one argument does not tell the truth of the matter, and we read it several times carefully. It mentions the Constitution, but it does not authorize you to deny this right guaranteed by the Law to the 90s education workers, but to accept this right even all violent workers expelled from the installed Serbian depression institutions in those years. According to you, those who served the invaders are even now rewarded with full pensions, and those who made subliable sacrifices for Kosovo citizenship are still being punished with pensions. Minister Murati, I do not believe that not even one Kosovo Albanian, regardless of political conviction, agrees with this terrible reality because our people education workers in the 1990s have been considered heroes of the time.
Minister Murati, now that you are completing this mandate, we are making an assessment with facts of the attitude of your Government and other Governments of the Republic of Kosovo towards education workers, but also of police, firefighters, health workers, administration and all employees in the public sector. Other governments of the Republic of Kosovo held dialogue and at meetings tried to offer solutions, even for any demand. You didn't even hold meetings or dialogue.
Now if we recall what other governments of the Republic of Kosovo have done for education and will only mention one of their actions. Prime Minister Hashim Thaci and the Government led, he never lost dialogue with the union, and by respecting our request made the steady and visible salary raise, Prime Minister Isa Mustafa showed understanding of our request and thanks to former Deputy Prime Minister Kujtim Shala and Minister Arban Abrashi's commitment to the fact of the 6th Article 8 of the Law for pension schemes and education workers enjoyed employment pension and not old age, Prime Minister Ramush Haradin showed understanding to our request and expressing respect for the submed sacrifice of education workers in the 90th years made for the status of Albanian Republic of Kosovo education in the years that this mark for the previous years provided for the material pensions of Kosovo, provided those years with the additional government's performance of education.
Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti was constantly close to education workers and at times when we were facing a very dangerous enemy -- that is, with Covid -- supported educational workers with an additional 100 euros and engaged with Minister Rame Likaj in signing Kosovo's new education contract.
We restored memory and mentioned only a positive action by those governments of the Republic of Kosovo that such commitments and actions had even more.
Minister Murati, for your Government, we found no action or case you've met with our union and you've offered solutions to our legitimate demands. You, instead, have continued to have wrong access and even hostile access to our union and have denied the rights gained to education workers.
