The United Education, Science and Culture Union of Kosovo (SBASHK) holds protests today as a sign of dissatisfaction with the Government.
The chairman of the United Trade Union of Education, Science and Culture (SBASHK), Nundman Jasharaj during yesterday has provided details about the warned protest.
Jasharaj has said Kurti and his ministers paralysed real dialogue with trade unions.
“Kurti and his ministers promised a lot, said they would respect union sounds and union empowerment, but have done the opposite in these years, paralysed real dialogue by not signing the collective agreement, denying employees in the public and private sector the opportunity to preserve rights in the job and achieve some benefits like all their colleagues everywhere in the Balkan countries of Europe. Minister Murati will be remembered as the man who wanted to stop you for a living, why they asked for a bite of bread. In the government's ongoing battle with SBASK, Minister Nagavci also took an active part, she became angry that the SBASK was so unique to weaken the SBASK, but he never made it through the”, he said in front of the media.
Jasharaj at this media conference has warned that if Government and Education Minister Arberie Nagavci did not reflect on their demands, they would go on a general strike.
Their “their approach and their continued ignoring toast the decision of union action. Initially, it was decided on December 4th to protest and we expect the protests before AugustI and the government to be over 1500 participants. If the government and especially Minister Nagavci do not reflect on the situation and will make decisions by not excluding the general strike”, Jasharaj has said.
