Miftaraj has praised Prime Minister Kurti is acting as a prosecutor, says the online newspaper Reporter.net.
In his account in “Facebook”, he ironising with the executive chief's move, saying it's not bad that Kurti gets prosecutorial powers and interviews prosecutors.
“Albin Kurti, having been acting as prosecutor, is not wrong with taking over even the competencies and responsibility of the Kosovo Criminal Code and having conducted investigations against the Special Prosecutors. Let him apply the criminal chapter against administration of justice”, Miftaraj wrote.
He said prosecutors should not be intimidated.
After the prosecutors never apply this chapter in practice to maintain the integrity of the criminal procedure, at least someone does, don't just leave you as an decor on Penal Hill. Let's get him through to the end. P.S. Our prosecutors for five years have been able to take classes from prosecutors in the Hague Special Court on how to maintain the integrity of the criminal and judicial procedure in Hag. Normal for that is a prosecutor who didn't go out of their shadow and didn't fall in love again”, wrote Miftaraj.
