No recognition in 4 years and sanctions, Gervala has “gux1> praised for visa liberalisation

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore Donika Grovalla have spoken at “Ambassador Conference”, an annual meeting uniting Kosovo ambassadors around the world. While Kurti had largely advice for Kosovo ambassadors, Grovall chose to be praised, though Kosovo is under EU punitive measures and does not have [...]
Prime Minister Kurti advised the Kosovo ambassadors to view diplomacy “as a commitment not only to the governments of the countries we serve but also to interact with people”. On the other hand, Kurt asked them to be active in social networking.
“We are in an era of immediate and constant social networks and communication, so communication is more important than ever. You should be more active and ever more present. Silence can be misconstrued, and for the worse, it leaves room for propaganda and disinformation. The reports you're showing are especially valid when they're fast, breezy and accurate, as the accuracy and power of the words you send, earlier than the length of the documents” Kurti said.
Even at the meeting with Kosovo ambassadors, Kurt mentioned the hybrid war.
The “Faces systemic, hybrid, kinetic, terrorist attacks of Serbia, it constantly uses propaganda and dezinforms as weapons of its foreign policy, and that is why your work gets added value and weight. With open support from Russia, it has set up a network of false turquoises, aiming to harm our country and hinder our progress towards European and Euro-Atlantic integrations. You have to act decisively and clearly to be quick to react. For any lie that distributes Serbia or its elements, we must have our truth” added Kurti.
Gervala chose another form of communication. Instead of the <x0-Fitical council” for Kosovo diplomats, Gervala listed the successes of Kosovo diplomacy in recent years.
Gervala was praised or taken credit for visa liberalisation, despite the technical criteria for the issue being met by preliminary governments.
I want to start with a moment that for many years was a dream to citizens. That goal was a symbol of what we wanted to be. A free and closely connected country with Europe. Today this dream came true. Something like that just happens. This success is the result of Kosovo's commitment to building legal state and fighting corruption. In recent years we have undertaken deep reforms that have increased transparency strengthened the independence of institutions. The fight against corruption has brought concrete results, showing that no one is above the law. Our European partners recognised this progress, and today our citizens can freely move” Gravall has said.
Recall that the EU has since last year imposed punitive measures against Kosovo due to the “unilateral steps” of Kurti Government in northern Kosovo. Also, Kosovo this year failed to join the Council of Europe, which was highlighted as one of the biggest failures of the Kurti Government's diplomacy.
