Present for the Rambouillet conference: Resentment by zone commanders would cause trouble

There is speculation following that if an agreement is signed in Rambouillet that does not meet the demands of Albanians, the commanders of the areas have said that we would not accept it. Asked what would happen to the agreement if the commanders of the zones disagreed, the witness replied that the dislike of the commanders of the zones would cause problems.

The Witness said that Adem Demach had authority over the local commanders, and also often the latter asked for Demach to attend meetings.

On Monday, the witness has declared he has not been involved in the arrest of Cen Descu and Jakup Kastrati, nor both Serbian journalists. For Cen Descu, he said it was more than scandalous to stop him. However, to Jakup Kastrati, he said there was no single reason for his detention.
