Regarding these cases, the Prosecutor's Office for Crime, the Corruption Investigation Unit, said that following accepted information, it applied the secret measures of the investigation by the competent court's ordinance, where reasonable suspicion of criminal acts has been committed.
“defendants: N. G, F.M., and I. K, with their illegal actions, allegedly in the 2019-2023 period, has caused damage to the MKRS budget of 87,463.00 (eight, seven thousand, four hundred sixty-three euros). The suspects have been arrested, interviewed, and the case has been initiated for criminal fraud by Article 324 paragraph 3 of KPRK. After the interview, against N.G. suspects, and F. S.M., the detention measure has been imposed for 48 hours, while I.K. has been released in regular procedure”.
The defendant A.M. in which the official person has misused his office and official authority and has been in conflict of interest, which has been the chairman of the Commission for Cut-down subsidies and subjected the basketball club “AS. K” in which he was founder of this club from 2012 to 2019, and continues to control his bank account so that the amount of 9900 euros he has subsidized this club has withdrawn from his bank account, all of this being helped by the defendant A.A. and official of the Obilic Community, which has signed the final subsidy report. The defendants are suspected of criminal acts Misuse of the official position or authority by KPRK's Article 1414 and the KPRK's Article 417 interest conflict. After the state prosecutor's order has been interviewed by the defendant A.M. has been detained for 48 hours, the defendant A.A. has already been released in regular procedure and the same ones at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, demands have been filed for the deployment of the detention measure”, the communiqué said.
