According to the indictment, among other things, the defendant E.L., formerly dated 07.10.2024, about 1500 in Gjakova, without authorization and with the intention of selling or distributing, has possessed substances or preparations that have been legally pronounced as narcotics, psychotropic or analogic substances.
During the raid on his house 99 plastic bags of marijuana-type narcotics have been found and seized.
“During his house raid, on the part of police officials, 99 (nineth and nine) plastic bags of Canabis type (Marihua), containing THC, with total net weight of 601.87 50,0001 grams, and a digital scale, all seized at the scene by police investigators”.
“The prosecutor of the case in the case of setting up the indictment has proposed to the court that the defendant plead guilty and be punished according to the law on criminal work, which is charged with”.
