SPAK response:
In response to your interest, we communicate: On the basis of information on the reference to criminal work date 08.02.2024, compiled by investigators from the National Bureau of Investigation (BKH), the Special Prosecutor for Anti-Corruption and Organised Crime has recorded the Penal Procedure No.27/2024, which originally refers to criminal work:“Passure of senior state officials or locals” envisioned by Article 260 of the Penal Code.
Information about reference to criminal acts was prompted by a statement made by self-identified citizens like the N.A. Until this phase of the preliminary investigation, from the evidence collected, has been concluded that concrete data exists, which is linked not only to the criminal work envisioned by Article 260 of the Penal Code, but also to criminal acts: “effect active operation of senior state officials or local elected” envisioned by Article 245, <x> Cleaning products of criminal work or criminal activity<3> envisioned by Article 2872 of the Penal Code and “Refuse for statements, non-recognition, false concealment or declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants, or of any other person who has the legal obligation to declare” envisioned by Article 257/a, pgf 2 of the Penal Code.
These works are already reflected in the Record of Criminal Acts Reporting near the Special Prosecutor against Corruption and Organised Crime.
