The incident comes just hours after a Boeing 737 went on fire at South Korea's Muan Airport, causing the deaths of 179 people. Only two passengers survived the accident.
Videos allegedly made of the incident showed the wings of the plane scratching the runway and blazing.
The Yew Air plane carried 175 passengers and six stewardesses, reports said, citing South Korean news agency Yonhap.
