Kosovo chief negotiator Besnik Bislimi is also in Brussels. It is expected to see if there will be a trilateral meeting, following meetings that the two top officials will have with Slovak emissary Miroslav Lajcak.
This meeting in Brussels comes after the attack on Iber-Lepenc, which Kurti has made responsible for Serbia.
