Prime Minister Edi Rama has gathered the government at an out-of-law meeting, while sources suggest they are discussing the budget.
There is little detail, but it is taught that at this meeting it has been suggested that 1.4 billion dollars will be passed to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and 500 million dollars to the Central Election Commission.
The money the CEC will grant will serve to cover the cost of voting migrants as well as the return of the envelope.
We remember that earlier the government has declared that this year, where voting from abroad will apply for the first time, will be covered 100% by the state, and that migrants will have no costs.
