Osman for Republika Srpska's non-compression: There are individuals who are engaged in terrorist acts, any CEC decision must be respected

The Serbian “List is an organisation which, in its ranks, has individuals who have consistently committed terrorist acts, acts of aggression, and have violated the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo. ”
Diplomatic representatives accredited in Kosovo, including the US, The EU, the United Kingdom has reacted to the decision, saying the move is political and not legal.
But Osmani tells Express that the CEC is an independent constitutional institution that decides independently.
According to her, any CEC decision should be respected.
“On the other hand, the Central Election Commission (KQZ) is an independent constitutional institution that rules independently. Any decision issued by the CEC should be respected, as part of dedication to rule of law and maintaining institutional integrity. ”
The CEC yesterday did not certified the Serbian List for participation in the February 9th elections after VVA members voted against it.
This has been criticised by internationals and connoisseurs of political developments.
The Serbian List has already complained to PZAP and the institution has 48 hours to decide on the complaint.
