The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has held the Youth Forum under campaign “Turneu of Change” in Pristina.
LDK Chairman Lumir Abdixhiku, at the same time this party's candidate for prime minister, has stressed the importance of youth as hope and strength for Kosovo's future.
He has praised the new organisation of the LDK as the largest in the Western Balkans, stressing confidence in a strong and equal Republic.
To make it clear, simply to say it aloud, to say it all at first, there is no doubt that you are the greatest youth organization if in Kosovo, if yes among Albanians, yes and without question, the largest youth organisation in the entire Western Balkans. In this intense atmosphere that you've made tonight, I stand before you, not only as chairman of the single independence and democratic formation in the country, not only as candidate for Prime Minister in the next parliamentary elections, but I stand, just like you, like each of you, as a great dreamer of the future we want to have and let me say it with confidence that we will have it. This future does not belong to those who share and divide. This future belongs to us! The right, boys and girls of the Democratic League of Kosovo; the first and last hope of the Republic of Kosovo. This future belongs to those who believe in the Republic! They believe in our original, equal and proud country, among the peoples of the European nations”, Obadiah has declared.
