They have made it known through a media communiqué by this court itself. “at the administrative session held on December 10th 2024, the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, based on Article 5 - 114 [The composition and mandate of the Constitutional Court] of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo have elected Judge Nexmi Rexhepi, chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo. The tribunal's incoming chairman's mandate will begin on December 31, 2024, as the current chairman, Mrs. Gresa Caka-Niman, complete the nine-year mandate envisioned for the Constitutional Court judges, under the definition of paragraph 2 of Article 114 [The Constitutional Court's composition and mandate]. The judge, Mr. Safet Hoxha, vice president of the Constitutional Court”, says the report.
