NATO leader Mark Rutte has warned that the alliance is not ready for threats Russia will face in the coming years and that it is time to move to a wartime mentality.
Russia is preparing for a long-term confrontation, with Ukraine and with us. We're not ready for what will come after four to five years. It's time to move into a wartime mentality and increase our defence production and defence expenses.”, Rutte said from Brussels.
