Musliu: Hague tribunal is political, failed to offer justice

PDK MP Ganimete Musliu has called the Special Court political and has said specialised chambers have failed to offer justice.

These comments for “RTK Prime”, it has done so in connection with the tribunal's recent arrests at the Isni Kilajt Hague, the Smajt Union and Fadil Fazliu.

This court has given us no signal from the founding of until today that a court of justice has really been made. I have carefully followed all the developments, and every day and more are witnessing this is the political court, which unfortunately is persecuting former KLA soldiers and Kosovo leaders”, she has said.

“Despect of The Hague Court and Political Chambers, because for me they are not specialised, their failure to offer justice has resulted in the arrest of the last case, Kilaj, Fazliu, Smaj and Kuci”, she added.

Musliu has also talked about current developments in the country.
