The Council's lawyer has demanded easier security measures than that of being arrested in prison with the argument that his client committed the murder in self-defense conditions, Euronewsalbania reports.
Martin Cani remained the victim of a fight among minors after finishing school class Fan Noliʹ in the capital for banal squabbles that may also originate in social networks.
Police have arrested the author of the event, 14-year-old Mario Perlesey, who studied at the same school as the victim.
