Confirmed this for “Justice Vow“, Mirlinda Gashi, spokeswoman for the Foundation Court in Pristina.
“Reference to your request for information, we inform you that after the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for continuing the detention measure in the criminal case against the N.M. defendants, G.P., and K.K., the Constitutional Court in Pristina .P.A. on the 2012.2024 Department of Criminal Crimes Affairs has taken on two months' notice and approved the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request, so that the measure of detention of N.M.G.P.P. and K.K. has been continued in duration of 2 months (two months) for each of the period, which is estimated by the 2420202202, the court has been told at 23202202.
