Three Montenegrin citizens, arrested on November 24th for inciting division and failure, have continued detention. The case has been passed to the Foundation Court in Pristina.
The “Rasti in question is now forwarded to the competence of the Special Department of Foundation Court in Pristina. The Special Prosecutor has proposed the continuation of the measure of detention against the defendants, so the Court with the PPPS Action Act.77.24 of the date 23.12.2024 has continued the detention measure against the same ones for another month, each. According to the prosecution, moving through the centre of Decani with a license license plate written under “Kosovo is Serbia” in the Serbian language. According to her, two of the defendants have expressed hate speech even during interrogation at the police station.
