Two Montenegrin soldiers to be suspended who were arrested in Kosovo

The two soldiers of Montenegro's Army, Rajko Krivokapiq, 34, and Dragutin Llalotovic, 24, who were recently arrested in Kosovo, will be suspended and a disciplinary procedure will be initiated for their superiors' non-information regarding travel abroad, according to reports of “Vijesti”. Their arrest has occurred [...]
Their arrest occurred after the plates of the vehicle they traveled to the Decani Monastery on November 24th carried the inscription “Kosovo is Serbia”.
With them were also arrested Marinko Jovanovic, 24, and they are currently in custody in Kosovo for allegedly committing the criminal act of inciting hatred.
According to sources of “Vijest”, Krivokapic and Llatovic had not announced their command for travel to Kosovo, as required under the law.
One of the soldiers was on medical leave since October, while the other had taken a break just before the incident. It is not clear how they could travel abroad while on medical leave.
They are expected to receive two-thirds of the pay until full suspension. However, the decision is not yet official, as Montenegro's Defence Ministry is waiting for soldiers to appear before the Montenegrin authorities before the disciplinary procedures are launched.
Sources have stressed that disciplinary proceedings cannot be initiated based solely on media reports. /Telegraphy/
