The Ministry of Infrastructure continues to give “tra” Fier's oligarchs pocket, shares 300 thousand euros for the Podujevo-Pristina road

The Ministry of Infrastructure has shared through the negotiated contract nearly 300 thousand euros for the company Aegbes Constructionion, which is in consortium with other economic operators, for the 3rd tear of Podujevo-Pristina Street. For the same reason, these companies had been allocated another 600 thousand euros in June. General value now [...]
Libun Aliu's ministry, with a negotiated contract on November 29th, paid again for the Podujevo-Pristina road.
The Ministry of Infrastructure allocated 288 thousand euros to the company “Agbes Construction”, headquartered in Albania's Fier, which is in consortium with the firms Arbotec”. Sharp; “Geo Construction” shpk; “Mineral L.L. C”; “MB Group” Quick for Lot 3 of this road.

The tender file also mentions the work that is to be done in road design, construction work in the road section, preparation, demoval, land, assembly, concrete and armor.

But this is not the only contract shared by this dictatorship for additional work in this tender.
Journal In June, it has reported that 600 thousand were divided through the negotiated contract for additional jobs.
Infrastructure Minister Lieburn Aliu had clarified that the entire Pristina-Podujevo road segment that will be expanded will be five pounds.
The 16km from Llushan to Brnica will be divided into four floors, and the fifth rule is the completion of the route from Lousehan to Podujevo, which is the 9km segment.
Aggbes Construction was criticised by the media in Albania for lack of experience in highway affairs.
Fieri's oligarch history
Arben Goga, one of the company's two shareholders, has often been talked about as the man who wins the majority of tenders in Fier's Hall.
He was the beneficiary of a big tender in an abusive concession for the Lekaj-Conjat-Fier segment.
According to data based on the Open Procurement Albania, his company estimates he won most tenders in Fier.
Media in Albania Arben Goga and Bashkim Ramaj often link him to Fieri Mayor Armando Sobasi.
Last year it was reported how the State High Control had found that “A G BES Construction” had bought trucks for the first time two months before opening a tender for Fair's lighting, worth millions.
AGBIS Construction”, although it had been established for 15 years, had no means of performing works. Two months before the opening of this tender, as stated in the National Business Centre, 27 trucks and autobetonies were purchased.
The State High Control report now states that the overseer of the works that has signed the performance of operations by the company “A G BES Construction” and their co-ordinator have been without a license and in full violation of the law.
It also mentions that in 14 of the 24 segment roads involved in the deal, it has worked on them.
“into 14 of the 24 road segments involved in the framework agreement, has not been worked, changing road segments and at the same time the terms of the framework agreement, contrary to the NKM No. 914, day 29.12.2014”
The Goga company and the Ramajt power of Fier “hairin” had also seen it under construction. For that, former Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha had written, telling them Edi Rama's friends.
“The paradox lies in the fact that, just above our facility, one of Ram's clients will build a commercial centre, supported by Chairman Armido Subbashi. The city centre is moving back, measuring the Gjanica River, because there the tower will be built over the sports palace, which will be belonging to two other Rames” clients, said in a post.
The tender for Podujevo-Pristina Street, Special Prosecutor's Pill
Infrastructural Deputy Minister Hysen Durmishi has fled legal ways to fill his pockets with money as a start of his dosit, Bujar Shabani dealt with “bos” other tenders such as Hector Beqiri, Florent Emin of Fatlum Piraeus.
For this, he was presented to the Special Prosecutor for interview as one of the three people who signed the contract without considering the complaint of one company in O. The E.P.
