Periscope had earlier reported on the 100,000-euro grant of Naim Huruglica, Peci's foreign adviser, and it turned out that the same was part of the 2023 Rural Development Programme's construction team.

In an analysis done by Periscope, it turns out only for a measure (1. Investments in the physical assets of agricultural economies, 1.7 milk/lop production has benefited 13 people for two consecutive years of grants of about 100,000 euros.

Rubal Development Program for the Year 2022 On criteria for animal production, dot 6. The applicant or family economy has not benefited grant from the MBPZHR in the last three years.
This criterion has left in the 2023 Programme and has thus been enabled that the same applications as a year ago can benefit next year, not included.
