The separate meetings in Brussels will not be held within the dialogue on normalising the reports between Kosovo and Serbia, the process mediated by the European Union.
Kallas' separate meetings with Kurt and Vuciqi were confirmed by EU foreign policy spokeswoman Anita Hyper.
Kallas is the new EU foreign policy and security chief, and along with the rest of the EC commissionors began the mandate on 1 December.
Hyper at a media conference on December 2nd has answered questions about the attack on the Iber-Lepenci channel on December 29th and the future of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
She reiterated the position the EU expressed a day after the Varrag attack on Zubin Potok, naming the attack as terrorist to Kosovo's critical infrastructure and invited all to co-operate with Kosovo authorities to reveal the leaders of the attack and to face justice.
Regarding meetings that Kallas will hold in Brussels, Hyper has clarified that they will not be within dialogue.
Kallas now after receiving his mandate must decide how to proceed with the dialogue process, which has started in 2011.
Kurti and Vuciq in Brussels will also hold separate meetings with new European Council President Antonio Costa. Later they will participate in an informal dinner that Costa will host with all leaders of the Western Balkan region.
In recent days Kurti and Vucinic have exchanged charges of attack on Zubin Potok. Kosovo blames Serbia for the attack on Iber-Lepenci water channel. Serbia denies it stands behind the attack and has said it has launched its investigation into the case.
Kosovo authorities have so far arrested several persons suspected of this case and seized weapons and other military equipment during operations in Kosovo's Serb-run north.
The attack has occurred in the village of Varrag in Zubin Potok municipality of Serb majority in the country's north.
Kosovo police have said the attack has been carried out with explosives up to 20kg.
The Iber-Lepenc Canal supplies water from Weyman Lake all over Kosovo's north, Mitrovica regions, Pristina with the district, as well as the Kosovo Energy Corporation for cooling its thermoelectrics.
The attack on Zubin Potok has been strongly condemned by the international factor. /Radio Europe Free
