According to the KSF report, the conference was carried out in Iowa of the US, based on instructions and pledges of the commander of the Kosovo Security Force Lieutenant General Union Jashari and Commander of the National Guard of Iowa, Major General Stephen Osborn.
“Based in partnership that KSF has with the Iowa National Guard, the delegation from KSF is led by G3/7 chief KPSK, Colonel Astrit Haliti and participation from: G1SHP, G4SHP Sgt. KSF and KFT”, says the report.
The fact is that the training and joint activities plan for 2025-2026 has been updated during this event, as well as 2027, in support of the comprehensive transition plan.
