Analyst Albert Krasniqi has commented on PZAP's decision, which has found that the CEC's decision on the non-certification of the Serbian List has not been legal.
He has estimated that the LVV has had to know that stopping the Serbian List to participate in the elections cannot be done with a audio-incision of Sami Kurteshi.
In his account in “Facebook”, Krasniqi has written that the ban by political parties to participate in the elections is done only with court rulings.
“Vetevendosje has had to know that stopping the Serbian List from participating in the elections cannot be done with a audio-incision of Sami Kurteshi, who puts it off the phone at a CEC meeting. Political parties can be banned from participating in elections only through court decisions when their (not individuals) connections are testified to with participation in terrorist acts. The VV, having full control of state institutions, has had the opportunity to do so if he was serious about”, Krasniqi wrote.
He has deepened that such actions seriously damage Kosovo's sovereignty.
The use of these cases for election campaign purposes only strengthens Serbia's argument and increases international fears that Kosovo is unable to protect the rights of ethnic minorities. This is the biggest damage Kosovo and its sovereignty can cause,”, Krasniqi wrote.
