Krasniqi has also declared that Kosovo has failed to membership in the Council of Europe because of the heads of state.
The external policy “is for the black page. We have no recognition. No membership in international organisations. We're failing the Council of Europe because of the heads of state. They have promised that the Association of Serb majority municipalities will be sent to the Constitutional Court, and have failed to abide by this pledge”, Krasniqi said at RTV Dukajini.
