The government of the Republic of Kosovo cannot do both the prosecution and the trial. The prosecution must clear the case of our dead friend in Prizren prison on November 5, 2016, Astrit Dehari. But the prosecution has not reformed... In the next year we do 4 years in government, but the KKP is the same. At the top even further influential and funkyon is Blerim Isufaj”, he said.
KKP and Z The KPSH says that the prime minister's <x0-declarations on individual occasions, interpreting them in his own desired manner, without knowing the facts and malevolating the public deliberately, hurt the feelings of the bereaved family members, constitute direct interference and pressure in the work of the Prosecutor, and seriously violate the independence of the justice system”.
These institutions have added that such approach by the prime minister undermines the functioning of democratic institutions and aims at minimising the state prosecutor's reputation.
“Such an approach by the prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo undermines the functioning of democratic institutions and aims at minimising the State Prosecutor's reputation in institutional efforts to strengthen the rule of law in the Republic of Kosovo, and instead of the prime minister supporting the budgetary demands of the prosecutorial system, he choses the path of attacks on state prosecutor institutions. ”
KKP and Z DPA have called on Kurt and VVA members to be more cautious.
“Aday, KKP and KPSH call on the country's prime minister, other members of the ruling cabinet and MPs to be contained, show responsible institutional behaviour and not attempt to attack the prosecutorial system through discours and political rhetoric. ”
