Every time the holiday season approaches, the pyrotechnics become more frequent. Millions of euros are spent waiting for holiday season so even burning fireworks.
The data that the Rtv21.tv portal has provided from Kosovo Customs shows that only for this year over 476 thousandkg of pyrotechnic vehicles have entered Kosovo. While 868 thousand of 633 euros is the value of tools that have entered Kosovo, until December 6th of 2024.
Albania and China supply Kosovars with fireworks. China seems to be the country from which Kosovo imports mostly the pyrotechnic tools. 441 thousand 909kg, is the amount of these tools imported from this country. While, from Albania, 33 thousand and 760kg of pyrotechnic vehicles have been imported, writes Rtv21.tv.
Import of these tools is marking growth year-on-year.
Until last year, over 55,000 pounds [425 kg] of pyrotechnic equipment had been imported, data for this year indicates otherwise. So this year it's over 50,000 kilos more than in 2023.
