As a result of the exchange of information and labour co-ordination, between the Crrick Police Commissioner and the law enforcement agencies in Kosovo, it was possible to apprehend and arrest for the purpose of extradition to Kosovo, of citizens declared in international search. Q., 27, resident in Jersey.
The Property Foundation Court has assigned this citizen, the security measure “Arrest to prison”, for criminal acts “Qualivation of hashish plants, cocaine or cannabis bush or plants” and “Blerja, possession and unauthorized sale of narcotics, psychotrope and analogo”, provided by the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
