KFOR has reacted after claims that they have black “players” some officials who were denied access to the Leposaviqi municipality. Concretically for statements by Leposaviqi Chairman Lulzim Hetemi.
Through a statement to the media, KFOR stresses that these claims are unfounded and staunchly rejects such accusations.
KFOR requires all actors to refrain from unilateral statements and actions that could create unnecessary tensions and negatively influence regional stability.
KFOR claims it does not intervene in the freedom of movement of individuals through Kosovo. KFOR also maintains regular communication with all its key counterparts.
Furthermore, KFOR stresses that it maintains the highest transparency standards in communication of its activities, through its official channels of communication available to the public.
