This order was issued by the judge of the preliminary procedure, Marjorie Masselot, during Kilajt's first appearance, reports “Justice bet“.
Therefore, after taking into account all the statements of the parties, Mr. Kilaj remains in custody. The reasons for the detention are the same as those defined in the decision to issue papers that should be read along with this oral order”, the judge said.
Masselot said there is a good-based suspicion that Kilaj bears criminal responsibility that was informed of today at the beginning of the session.
She said Kilaj poses a danger of escape and obstructing the progress of the process and also repeating criminal acts. While, none of the conditions proposed on the part of the defence under the judge are adequate for reducing these risks.
