The event was reported to have occurred, in 23,12.24 in Ferizaj in the late hours of the night when police had detained a suspect who had not been detained in his vehicle and police had been tracking him.
The case has been recorded in the IPK and investigators have been engaged, taking concrete investigative action.
Following some investigative actions in consultation with the competent Prosecution of IPK investigators in the interest of the investigation have issued the recommendation for suspension from office for three police officials who are suspected of overstep authorisation and criminal work “light troop launch”.
Further investigative actions in this case will continue by IPK investigators in continued consultation with the competent prosecutor.
