The international community has unanimously condemned Friday's terrorist attack in the north, demanding full and immediate investigation and bringing authors to justice. On November 29th, about 7000 hours, a powerful explosion in the village of Zubin Potok municipality damaged Iber-Lepenc's water channel, where several cities in the country are supplied with water, as well as the Kosovo Energy Corporation for cooling its thermoelectrics, though the damage has been processed to a mass, Kosovo accused Serbia of attacking the country's critical infrastructure, while Serbia denies that it is involved in this attack.

This event, the European Union has named it <x0 terrorist” and “as the disgusting sabotage of critical infrastructure”.

The European Union strongly condemns Friday's terrorist attack on the Iber Lepenc water channel in Zubin Potok, north of Kosovo”, stressing that this act is described as “a shameful sabotage of Kosovo's critical civilian infrastructure”, which supplies a large part of the population with drinking water and plays an important role in Kosovo's energy system.

“The EU urges all actors to co-operate with the Kosovo authorities and will closely monitor the” developments, is highlighted there among other things.

Even the European Parliament (PE) has strongly condemned this incident and expressed full support for Kosovo institutions in efforts to investigate and punish those responsible.

The EP called on it to ensure that those responsible for this criminal act face justice.

In question, he strongly condemned his mission. NATO in Kosovo, KFOR, providing security support after this event.

Through a media communique late Saturday, KFOR has stressed that it is important for facts to be clarified and that those responsible take responsibility and face justice.

“Since last evening, KFOR personnel have provided security for the water pipeline and surrounding areas; furthermore, KFOR has offered logistical support, explosive disposal and engineering support to institutions in Kosovo”, said in response.

The terrorist attack has also been condemned by Great Britain, through the Minister of State for Europe, North America and Foreign Territories Stephen Doughty, who requested a thorough and urgent investigation.

Through a post on the X platform, Doughty has said that the terrible attack on the Iber-Lepenci Canal was intended to ruin daily life throughout Kosovo.

There must be a full and urgent investigation. Those responsible should be held accountable and brought to justice”, Doughty wrote.

Through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the attack has also been condemned by Germany, where they have expressed full solidarity with Kosovo.

“Germany joins the European Union in the harshest sentence of the terrorist attack on Kosovo's critical infrastructure that occurred yesterday. Full solidarity with Kosovo. The authors of this act must be held accountable”, the German MPJ response reported.

But through the Foreign Ministry, the attack has also been condemned by Turkey.

“We strongly condemn yesterday's attack on a water channel in Zubin Potok in northern Kosovo, which is critical of Kosovo's water supply and electricity. We hope that the perpetrators of the attack will be identified and brought to justice as soon as possible”, the Turkish MPJ have said.

Further in response it is said that, “we use this opportunity to express our solidarity with Kosovo and our willingness to offer any assistance that” may need.

In the course of reactions to condemn the terrorist attack in the north, there was also that of Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who called for impartial and comprehensive investigation.

“We condemn the attack on Kosovo's critical infrastructure in Zubin Potok. Instead of unilateral accusations, we call for an impartial and comprehensive investigation”, Orban wrote.

According to the Hungarian prime minister, in this situation, <x0 containment is essential to avoid further escalation of the situation in the region”.

While, as a non-renewable “ ” and <x2 frequent” has considered Slovenia's President Natasa Pirc Musar, Friday's event.

Through a post on the X platform, Pirc Musar has expressed solidarity with all those affected by this event until it has expressed confidence that the authors will be found and brought to justice.

Any attack on civilians, in any form, is an abomination and a coward. The sabotage of critical civilian infrastructure supplying the people of Kosovo with drinking water is nothing more than such an act”, the Slovenian president wrote.

The fastest in response to condemn him was the ambassador of the United States of America to Kosovo (SHBA), Jeffrey Havenier.

Shortly after the explosion in Iber-Lepenc's water channel on Friday, Hüvenier said the state he represents strongly condemns this act, until he suggested they are closely monitoring the case and that they would support a comprehensive investigation.

He also suggested that they have offered full support to the Government of Kosovo to ensure that those responsible for this criminal attack are identified and held accountable.

The French Embassy and Italy's in Kosovo have also condemned the worst earthquake bombings in the Varaba municipality of Zubin Potok.

Through a post on the social platform, X, the French Embassy has called for investigation so that those responsible for the attack can be brought to justice.

“We thank KFOR and EULEX for their quick response and welcome co-ordination with the Government of Kosovo”, the communique says.

In the same line was Italy's embassy.

“We stand with Kosovo in its investigative efforts to claim accounts for the responsibilities of this vile” attack, said in communique.

Punishment of attack has also occurred from the European Union's Emisari for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.

Lajcak, by means of a text on the social network, has said that the leaders of the work should be held accountable, broadcast albanianposts.

I completely agree with the chief of the EU Office. Those responsible for sabotaging Kosovo's critical infrastructure must take responsibility”, Lajcak wrote.

The terrorist attack has been condemned by both the power and the opposition.

Prime Minister Edi Rama, has said that the act of sabotage on the critical water supply infrastructure in the Iber Lepenci channel is a serious crime, which violates the lives of Kosovo citizens and hits the process of normalising relations in the region.

According to the head of the Albanian government, this criminal crackdown should be whitened and punished as soon as possible with the support of international partners”.

The European Union, meanwhile, must immediately lift the remaining sanctions on Kosovo and resume into a new form of dialogue for normalisation between Kosovo and Serbia. The existing format has failed to produce the desired results, and it is time for dialogue issues to pass through bilateral EU relations with Kosovo or Serbia, as two equally independent states of one another”, Rama wrote on the X.

The terrorist attack was also condemned by parliamentary opposition parties in the country: The Democratic Party of Kosovo, the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.

From the PDK, through President Memli Krasniqi, they have said this attack requires investigation, intelligence and maximum punishment of all involved until it has called for increased pressure on Serbia.

A different approach went by AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj. While condemning the attack, he said Kurti “is trying to divert the situation to north”, until he considered that “is more serious than a hybrid fight”, countering the executive leader who at the media conference Friday accused some media media media and analysts of deinforming.

E The LDK considered recent events in the north unacceptable acts, and estimated that the same pose a serious threat to the country's security.
