Two-injury strikes in Vlora, bullets accidentally catch fruit vendor

Two people were injured after an assassination in Vlora. The assassination target was 30-year-old Kevin Hayrllah, who was taken to the hospital while there were accidentally injured Armand Spahiu, who was selling fruit-forests nearby.
