According to the indictment, the defendant B.H., on October 23rd of this year, has attempted to deprive the life of the injured R.E. of their verbal disputes.
The defendant with the appropriate tool has stabbed the injured on the left side of the chest, causing serious bodily injury”, the prosecution's announcement reported.
Suspect B.H., at the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, is located under the detention measure of 23 October this year.
