Following the new indictment by the Special Court against former President Hashim Thaci, MP has reacted PDK, Bekim Haxhiu.
Haxhiu has said this court has deviated from its role for fair and impartial judgment.
He said the latest indictment for rescuer Hashim Thaci and his defence team shows that this court is politically influenced by Serbia and Russia.
He points out that the final act of the Special Court is defeat by justice.

Now when the trial is coming to an end, the Prosecutor of Specialised Chambers in The Hague is missing the opportunity for lack of evidence for KLA leaders, has begun to prosecute them for allegedly obstructing justice.
