Former Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani has sharply criticised the actions of Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who refused to appear before the Special Prosecutor following the invitation to testify, inviting them to his office.

Hasan has stressed that such an act is unacceptable and seriously damaging institutions.

Hasan has also stressed that besides the president, all public officials could be forcibly sent to the prosecutor and prosecuted.
