He called for facts to be revealed as soon as possible and for those responsible to be brought to justice.
And this statement by Rutte, former Foreign Minister Melza Haradinaj- Stubula, sees as a signal that the attack on Iber-Lepenc is Kosovo's regional and not domestic problem.
She in a post at “X” wrote that the strong Russo-Serbian axis is jeopardising the entire continental Europe.
The NATO secretary's “Declaration that the terrorist attack on critical infrastructure in northern Kosovo last month underscored the fragility of stability in the Western Balkans suggests this attack is a regional problem (not just an internal issue of Kosovo). It rightly alludes that behind this act is Serbia!
This statement was made yesterday during a press conference with Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajzic shortly after discussing the difficult situation in #Ukrainian following Russia's attacks on its critical infrastructure”, Haradinaj- Stublla wrote.
The November 29th explosion in the Varrag Canal of Zubin Potok ] was triggered by about 20kg of explosives in the country's water supply of several cities and thermoelectrics, according to Kosovo authorities, which named it the most severe in the country's critical infrastructure since the 1998/99 war.
Kosovo authorities are investigating the explosion, which they accuse Serbia of.
Serbia has denied the charges and has said it itself is investigating the attack.
