Although the Serb list is the parallel structure of Serbia, it continues to remain today unhindered legally and politically unafforded by Kosovo, applying for certificates with a total of 48 candidates in the CEC for a return to the Kosovo Assembly 2025!
They're trying this turn:
A lack of criminal speculation by Kosovo institutions to declare this unconstitutional organisation after themselves (Mi Minister Svecla) classified it as responsible for aggression in Banjska;
A lack of conviction for former Deputy Chairman Milan Radojcik; and
The continuation of Kosovo's state funding by 360 thousand (by CEC through all political parties) + 250 thousand (from Parliament) for this organisation through which Serbia planned and executed terrorist aggression in Banjska (where Sgt. African Buxu was killed).
On the list handed over to the CEC yesterday, they also find old names of Radojcik's close associates, who unfortunately will run and even win and return to the Kosovo Assembly without hindrance.
In contrast to us in Kosovo who certified these persons without any security filters, each of them has obviously received clear political and criminal approval and instruction from Vuciqi and Radojciqi.
Following the Certificate of this organisation and its re-legging in Kosovo's political objective, Albanian political parties lose the right to make electoral promises for issues with Serbia and northern integration.
