Haradinaj accuses Kurti of protecting corruption and crime: It's protecting the thief, not the law.

Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has said that Prime Minister Albin Kurti's failure to appear in Special Prosecutorship is evidence that the prime minister is not on the side of the law, but on the side of those accused of corruption and theft. The AAK leader has accused Kurti of protecting crime and corruption, saying his stance shows he is on the side of the accused and does not respect the prosecution's calls to explain.
“The fight against corruption or vanity is not easy has always been difficult with concerns about corruption even in the past in all governments and in my government. But always, state officials have been with the law and on the side of prosecutors”.
He calls Kurti's move a supporter of corruption and crime, stressing that this behaviour is a wrong and harmful act for the state.
“This is the first time in Kosovo's history that the prime minister is not with the law or with the prosecutor, but he is with the accused to eat, even his conduct of not going into the interview is encouraging corruption for the crime and eating, it is wrong and harmful for the legal state, and it hurts us a lot of the international plan because the assessment of Kosovo's legal state weakens when the prime minister does not respect the invitation of the prosecutor, Haradinaj said.
Haradinaj suggests that Kurti may be involved in corruption schemes, calling him “the head of thieves” who has enabled theft and is protecting those accused of doing so.
“He has had statements in Parliament against the Prosecutor and the accused, his conduct today is on the side of the accused so he is protecting crime rather than the law. He is protecting corruption and thieves, and when the prosecution invites in a case of risking budget damage and money theft of citizens, at least it is to respect this invitation and explain whatever they may be.
Not going to be because he's involved in a thief, so he's part of a lot of fun, Kurt's the boss of thieves in Government because he's creating opportunities to steal and protect them, so he's obviously afraid of the thief he's done with his colleagues”, the head of AAK concluded.
Kurti's call from the Prosecutor's Office has revealed the prime minister's office, which the country's first claimed is ready to welcome prosecutors to his office. /eo
