The Court of Appeals has turned the course of former AKI Chief Driton, Gashi, who was sentenced in July 2023 to 4 years and 8 months in prison by the Constitutional Court in Pristina on charges of misusing official office in the case of “Gylenists”. In this case, Gashi is accused of directly engaging in the expulsion of 6 Turkish citizens from Kosovo by violating legal procedures.
