But how much has Tosun qualified to deal with electricity issues after COSTT manages the Transmission System of the Republic of Kosovo by operating at 400kV, 220 kV and 110 kV levels?
According to a document by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Tosun is a doctor of philosophy, the portal Front Online reports.
