Certain officials have allegedly demanded from a citizen monetary means worth 25,000.00 euros for completing a property bearing subject, police report.
After assuming that this information, economic crimes and corruption investigators from Kosovo Police have applied separate measures with what happens. 26.12.2024, during a tactical operation, two initial suspects (V.S. and Mr. M) by accepting monetary means at the high-rated value of completing the matter. While the other three suspects are suspected that, in co-operation, they have committed alleged criminal acts above”, the KP report said.
After the suspect's arrest, raids were conducted in three separate locations where the following evidence was seized:
“In the suspect's home with initials (V.S.) are set aside 5,000.00 euros (five thousand euros) cash available;
In the suspect's home with initials (D.F.) there were 2,000.000 (two thousand euros) cash seized;
Also seized are: 7 (seven) personal mobile phones, property of suspects who will be sent for further examination”.
All suspects have been interviewed in the presence of their defence lawyers, whom the P.D. has been released in regular procedure.
“All investigative actions are conducted in co-operation and under the supervision of the Basic Prosecutor's Prosecutor in Pristina”, the announcement concludes.
