According to this study, about 11,000 and 500 new businesses have opened, but over 1500 active businesses have been closed over the years.
The reasons for the closure were different: Loss of competitive power, expensive loans and banking services, unfair competition, no access to public tenders, taxes and high penalties, obstacles to obtaining permits and labour licenses in the builder, no support from the central and local government, bureaucracy and corruption in grants.
