Ilir Abdullah in his initial review on September 18th, 2024 was declared innocent, saying he does not accept an indictment filed with gossip, reports the “Justice Act”.
After holding the initial review, accused Abdullah through his defender, lawyer Rame Dresaj has filed a request for dropping the indictment and rejecting evidence. But the Foundation has made a decision that confirmed the indictment.
